The scar revision business has been increasing, so I made a little video for those looking into potentially improving their scars. Scar revision is best for wide or pigmented scars. When chosen and performed properly the improvement rate is pretty high.

Dr D’s Wedge vs Trim Method Labiaplasty Video Updated

As my Labiaplasty YouTube video in which I describe Wedge versus Trim method surgery (Pros and Cons) was getting hits and likes lately, I decided to update it. The initial intro segment of yours truly was originally shot with an older video camera so I fixed it up. :)

The narration while I give the Powerpoint portion of the video is sadly not fixed up much. I might get to it later depending upon time.

Plastic Surgeon for Skin Cancer – Why?

I have had a practice in Skin Cancer for years. When there was more cosmetic business around, I did less. Now I am doing more.

Why Do Patients Want A Plastic Surgeon For Their Skin Cancer Surgery?

Because I help minimize deformity. That’s one of the things plastic surgeons do. Looking at the image here, I helped not only make it look better, but reduce loss of function of the hand by reducing tissue loss.
