Sarah Jessica Parker: Good Genes or Good Docs?

TMZ asks “Good Genes or Good Docs?”

To have a fair assessment of surgical results, you really need images right before she had her surgery. 27 years between images is not ideal. How much of this is aging, genetics and/or environment?

With that limit being stated, she has had a fair amount of work that we can see here – a blepharoplasty, forehead lift and rhinoplasty at least- probably more. Her docs seem good to me.

Reader Laura on Jaclyn Smith Surgery

Reader Laura’s Comment:

“Jaclyn Smith…looks quite youthful for someone who is reported to be 66 years old. I was wondering if you think she’s had anything done. Her lips do look a bit like she has the telltale trout pout but otherwise I think she looks great.”

At 66 years old, she looked incredibly good for her age as she was spotted leaving a beauty supply store in the city’s affluent Beverly Hills area.

Jacyln looks good but does have a bit too much lip filler for my liking. Then again it might have just been done in which case it will settle down quickly. Lip filler tends to look a bit tweaked right after it is done even when done well. She is pretty well maintained having undoubtedly had several facelifts (well done ones) over the years as well as fillers.

Michelle Pfeiffer: Good Genes or Good Docs?

TMZ asks “Good Genes or Good Docs?”
Source: tmz.com/2009/03/08/michelle-pfeiffer-good-genes-or-good-docs/

The answer is as it is frequently: both. She’s had a fair amount of facial surgery, but looks nice. I’d guess facelift, eyes, nose plus skin care.

Holly Madison Plastic Surgery

Holly Madison is probably one of the best examples of plastic surgery done right. She is very pretty and achieved significant improvement with some nicely done surgery.

She has recently admitted that plastic surgery has improved her lot in life.

Holly has had her breasts operated at least twice in addition to her nose and probably also her face, forehead and cheeks. I’d wager these operations were done over time by experienced surgeons. One good thing about being affiliated with Hugh Hefner is that good talent becomes affordable.

Raquel Welsh – Genes or Good Docs?

Pic Source: tmz.com/2008/10/04/raquel-welch-good-genes-or-good-docs

TMZ did a post on Raquel Welsh asking if she has had good genes or good docs. I’d bet she’s had work but sparingly over time. A leading problem with plastic surgery over many years is that some people go “overboard” and have so much that they end up looking unnatural. Ms Welsh also has good genetics as well which never hurts.

Kathy Griffin – Body Looks Great

Kathy Griffin’s body really looks great despite her claims that plastic surgery hasn’t really helped:

At 47, Kathy Griffin swears she will never go under the knife again. “I’ve been off the junk, as I call it, for five years,” she says in the September issue of Fitness (out August 14). “I’ve had a face lift, eye job and all that stuff five years ago. “What I found, though, was that it didn’t help me one bit,” Griffin says. “It didn’t get me happier or didn’t make me look particularly younger.”

Of course we will never know how she might have looked without it. I’d wager some body surgery ended up in there too. Sure….she looks that good and the surgery had nothing to do with it. Now that’s funny. :)

I will concede that 47 is a young for a facelift in most cases.

Lynda Carter: Good Genes or Good Docs?

TMZ asks “Good Genes or Good Docs?”

The answer is as it is usually: both. She’s had a full facelift (see the ripple beneath the chin, it is a “giveaway sign,”) but really looks pretty good. Remember the “before” picture was thirty years ago. Nobody looks that good thirty years later without a little help.

Kendra Wilkinson Plastic Surgery Analysis

Like Holly Madison, Kendra Wilkinson is a good example of plastic surgery done right. She is very pretty and achieved significant improvement with some nicely done surgery. Yeeeah posted the image above and mentioned how nice her nose job was.

Well I would add that she’s had a nice set of cheek implants too and the obvious breast implants. The key element here is that is where the bigger surgery seems to have stopped so she has maintained a nice improvement.

Sophia Loren : Good Genes or Good Docs?

TMZ asks “Good Genes or Good Docs?”
Source: tmz.com/2009/11/22/sophia-loren-good-genes-or-good-docs/

Sophia Loren looks pretty good for 75. Sure she looked great as a younger woman, but plastic surgery has undoubtedly been a part of her big picture. I’d wager that her face has been done several times by quality surgeons. Then again if she didn’t look great as a younger woman she of course wouldn’t look this good now.

Holly Madison Used To Stuff Her Bra?

Hollywood Rag

Playboy Playmate-turned-reality TV star Holly Madison made her first boyfriend wait months for sex – so she could gradually “bring down” her bra size. Hugh Hefner’s former girlfriend wasn’t always as busty as she is in Playboy spreads and used to stuff her bra with tissue paper to look less flat. She doesn’t have that problem anymore…

Holly Madison is definitely a plastic surgery success story probably because she got good surgery and stopped when the time was right (at least the big stuff.) I wonder about the bra stuffing story here though.
