April 2009 Redbook- Dr D quoted
Posted by admin in Dr D quoted on December 1, 2011
Another option — if you can manage it — is paying cash up front. “This is a vastly underused method that works out better for patients and doctors,” says John Di Saia, M.D., a surgeon in Orange County, CA. The benefit for your doctor is that she’s paid immediately. (It can take months or even a full year before doctors get reimbursed by insurance companies.)

The article is about health care for the uninsured. It is not an interview, but a brief mention.

LeFigaro wrote a piece on the blog and your host. How kind.
How about that? I feel like Rodney Dangerfield.

About the Elle magazine piece
Posted by admin in Dr D quoted on October 14, 2006
Well for those of you that noticed, I was quoted in the current Elle magazine (November 2006 issue) in a piece about celebrity plastic surgery. I feel like the old Rodney “a little respect” Dangerfield.
Just for clarification, the piece was centering upon nose jobs and I don’t do them. I have been more of a bodywork guy. My friends used to call my practice “the BodyShop” perhaps with good reason.
Best Regards,
John Di Saia MD
