Jenna Jameson Vaginoplasty?

Bricks and Stones

Jenna Jameson has apparently had a vaginoplasty in Beverly Hills and is not so happy about it.

Here we go again folks. This operation is not standard. It might have been a labiaplasty or more involved. As those of you who have read my posts before may remember, I do not do vaginoplasties. I limit my labiaplasty surgery to the external genitalia. This has led to a good experience in my patients.

I hope she is OK.

Kiki Dunst – Sun and Cigarettes – Look Out!

Kirsten Dunst is the poster child of how to trash your skin. She seems to like sunbathing while puffing on her very own cancer stick. Her pale white skin will not age well with this folks. She might not like the idea of cosmetic work, but she would be well-advised to change her tune to stop the wrinkles from coming. Sun and cigarettes are about the worst combination for your skin; that is, unless you like the signs of aging.

Jenna Is Thinner?

Source: hollywoodbackwash.com/2007/03/20/jenna-jameson-gets-scary-skinny

Jenna Jameson just seems to be wasting away. When adult entertainers start getting scary thin, I just can’t help but wonder:

“Could she have AIDS? She couldn’t be getting this thin on purpose, could she?”

It is a crying shame. She was so pretty a few years back.

Courtney Love apparently didn’t pay her rehab bill. Maybe she is not the best client? Another reason not to operate upon her perhaps?

RegisterFly CEO uses company funds for liposuction

KingNomar

A lawsuit filed by RegisterFly’s parent company, Unified Names, blames the meltdown on misuse of company funds by President and CEO Kevin Medina, who was fired by the company’s board. The suit alleges that Medina spent company funds on liposuction surgery and escort services, this is hilarious. “After his termination, Mr. Medina deleted email accounts, access to support tools, and access for our risk/billing department to issue refunds,” RegisterFly’s Glenn Stansbury said in a statement posted at RegisterFlies, a customer protest site. RegisterFly is also reported to have changed the root password of its web server to prevent sabotage.

Talk about revenge of the nerds?

Vaginal Rejuvenation again in the News

Source: kaisernetwork.org/daily_reports/rep_index.cfm?DR_ID=43367

Kaiser network quotes the Washington Post in a report on vaginal rejuvenation. If the Kaiser reflection of the original article is a fair representation of the original, then the usual slant toward the hyperbolic is present:

“procedures that aim to enhance sexual gratification by using a laser to repair vaginal tissue damaged during pregnancy — exemplifies the “last frontier” of plastic surgery, a “realm where medical ethics collide with culture, commerce and technology,” some health experts say.”

Many of us do procedures upon the Labiae without the hype of a laser. Believe it or not there are plenty of reasons not to use a laser “down there.” And I only offer the operation to reduce problem tissues – Reduction labiaplasty. I don’t promise to tighten anything although sometimes that happens. I am a plastic surgeon and stay outside the vagina where the results can be seen. Many of my patients are attractive young ladies with really large Labiae who are too embarrassed to take off their clothes. Their Labiae get caught in clothing and (they feel) appear gender inappropriate in gym wear.

Most of the patients are not damaged by pregnancy or anything else (with the exception of a few who were operated elsewhere.) These ladies were born with these large appendages. And I don’t offer this operation to enhance any one’s sexual gratification. In my hands, it is aesthetic and practical. Then again a woman can’t be gratified sexually if she can’t get her clothes off: can she? Doctors guaranteeing sexual gratification are putting themselves in a precarious position indeed.

It is not an ethical problem to work to get uncomfortably large tissues out of the way of clothing or anything else.

Sorry Washington Post, your article misses the mark if it aims to characterize that which is really occurring in any practice other than the one you visited. Vaginal rejuvenation as you described it is not typical of the medical landscape.

Kellie Pickler Has New Implants

Source: fatbackandcollards.com/2007/03/02/kellie-picklers-new-look/

Rarely are we able to say with certainty that a woman has had breast augmentation: that is, unless she has her images plastered all over the internet or on television and wears a low cut dress. Well Idol’s Kellie Pickler qualifies. She wants us to know folks.

Freshly implanted breasts tend to look square until the implants “settle down” and that’s Kellie pretty much from her recent Idol appearance. It will be difficult to say if she might have gone “too big” for a few months. Her surgery appears quite recent. These may be high profile implants though and I am not a big fan of them if they are.

She says she spent her money on “Shoes.” Funny.
