Maxim Model Sues Plastic Surgeon

Hot Maxim cover girl Monica Hansen is suing a plastic surgeon for using pictures of her to advertise on his website. According to the lawsuit, Hansen claims her doc, Dr. Leonard M. Hochstein, splashed pictures of her all across his website without her permission.
- Come on Lenny, you know you have to get permission if she is recognizable.
Update 1/28/09 – Dr. Hochstein called to clarify the story:
He stated that he feels blindsided by this legal action having known Ms Hansen for many years. He always obtains permission from his patients before their images appear on his site and did so on multiple occasions in this case. Ms Hansen even approved which images could be used before they were placed, according to the doctor.
Looks like he is OK on this one.

Too much soft tissue filler can look pretty awful. This is one of the reasons I am more selective about it than I have been in the past. I do not want to create deformity. It is a matter of opinion as to where “nice” ends and “deformed” begins however.
Suffice it to say that my office is not a Trout Pout factory. Early on filed lips can look a bit on the large side though.

Laura Bush – Plastic Surgery

Here’s 54-year-old Laura (left) back at the beginning of her husband’s presidency in 2001 — and the 62-year-old refreshed version (right) two weeks ago.
Well upper eyelid skin doesn’t just spontaneously recede. She’s certainly had some facial work and it looks pretty good.

Star Jones Bikini and Laparoscopic Gastric Bypass

Star Jones flaunts her bikini body in some sparkly white threads while vacationing in St. Bart’s earlier this month.
Star did get bagged by one of my favorite irreverent bloggers for gaining weight again, but I doubt you would have seen her in a bikini before her surgery. Improvement is improvement. A common pattern of laparoscopic gastric bypass scars can be seen here for those interested. Her bikini may be hiding a body lift scar too but it too well-placed to tell for sure.

Cate Blanchett’s Husband and Plastic Surgery Divorce Threat

Added to Blanchett’s own stance on the matter of plastic surgery is that of her husband, 42-year old Andrew Upton. The film director, according to his wife, threatens to divorce her if she gives in to the knife’s call. However, Blanchett is happy with the changes her children have brought to her body and has no plans to “eradicate it.”

Really? I wonder if I believe this. So her husband would deny her any plastic surgery even to correct changes of childbirth and threaten divorce if she were to have any. This is sad if true.

Ann Coulter and Plastic Surgery?

Suspicious minds abound because it is not as if we don’t suspect that Coulter fiddles with her face – nary a line or a droopy jowl on her 46-year-old skin.
Could Coulter be getting her face in shape for her upcoming book and TV tour to promote her newest tome “GUILTY” — a bash-fest of the media’s love affair with liberals?
This one is very likely and I haven’t looked at many images. She is in the media and about to mount a media campaign for a new book. No wrinkles and in her fourties with skin of Northern European descent (by the looks of things).
Yes to Botox and probably some other plastic surgical goodies. This time all based on statistics.
Maybe Ann is guilty in getting ready to promote “Guilty?”
One tying is for sure: Liberals really go into a frenzy over her. You gotta love that.
