We have discussed Rose Mc Gowan’s plastic surgery experience here before. She apparently hit the radar of women24.com web site:
I love Rose McGowan. I loved her in Charmed, the Grindhouse movies and even Scream, but I do not love what she’s morphed into.The official story is that Rose got into a car accident in 2007 and the sunglasses she was wearing at the time gave her quite a nasty cut under her eye and left an unattractive scar. “I didn’t realize I was hurt until I put my hand to my face and felt the flap of skin,” she said afterwards. So, naturally, she had a little cosmetic surgery to fix it up. Though I don’t see why she felt the need to also get (what I think are) a brow lift, cheek and chin implants, and lip fillers.
I’m absolutely appalled that such a beautiful woman could turn her face into this.

As I said before I don’t think I would go so far as to call Ms Mc Gowan a “plastic surgery fail.” She has apparently has some facial work perhaps too much for a young woman. And she also appears to be hitting fillers and botulinum toxins pretty heavily. I actually agree with the general sentiment (just not in the same degree) that she might be best served by slowing it down a bit. There is a happy medium and she is a young woman.
