We have discussed Octomom and her plastic surgery exploits here before. She must think she is a celebrity because she has been in (at least) public denial about obvious body lift scars. How a woman on public assistance with over eight children affords expensive plastic surgery is a difficult concept.
On the question of labiaplasty, I have not seen images and am not sure I would want to see images. With the Octomom porn out, certainly many have seen her privates. It would not surprise me if Ms Suleman had had labiaplasty surgery and went extreme on the removal. We have discussed the wide variability in the practice of labiaplasty here before. Some women want their lips completely removed which is not my practice. I favor reduction not complete amputation. Then again I am not Octomom’s surgeon.

She does not know the difference Dr. D. I thought she might be a feminist wacko, but I am not sure what her story is.
Well the media does not always characterize the operation except in the most hysterical terms. Some surgeons do similarly. What I do and others do is a world apart. In this light confusion is expected.

I am not at all a “Fem weirdo” don’t even no what you are trying to say; but, if you are asking if I think “female circumcision” is barbaric. My answer is an overwhelming, “Yes”!
Female circumcision? Without trying to seem harsh, there are many types of surgery that can be performed “down there” and I was not discussing circumcision.
Her father is a Palestinian Christian. They do not believe in and do not practice female genital mutilation.

I’ve seen pictures of girls who have survived this barbaric surgery and those pictures look EXACTLY like Ms. Suleman’s. What if she were a victim of her father’s extreme religous veiws (sic.) Such trama(sic) can cause severe repression and stop mental and psychological growth.
Like I said I have not seen Octomom’s proposed labiaplasty result, but not all labiaplasty is barbaric. You might be opposed to the operation, but when done well patients appreciate it. It is not deforming by definition.
