US Magazine has a bit on Kendra Wilkinson Baskett talking about breast reduction. Technically she is talking about an implant exchange. After pregnancy things can change for women with breast implants. Some of the fullness from pregnancy may not entirely resolve. Some of the laxity in the breast tissue may not resolve either. She might want to consider a lift if that is the case as well. I would recommend waiting until at least three months after breast feeding to make a decision as the breasts can change after this as well:
