Aly Michalka – America Doesn’t Know Real Breasts Anymore

In my daily surfing, I ran into a number of references to this starlet Aly Michalka. DSF whines about her fake looking breasts. It occurred to me that America sees so many breasts implanted with larger implant sizes that maybe we don’t really know what natural breasts look like anymore.

Here is a pretty lady who is probably not implanted or alternatively chose such a small size that they look pretty natural. Modern bra support can make natural breasts look like this.

Best Regards,

they are not fake. have you see their mother? it’s all genes. and any pictures previous about aly’s boobs are from when she was younger (teenage years).. she’s 22 now.

I can’t tell. Some things I’ve seen they seem huge compared to seeing her on MTV Cribs and in that episode she was driving so she wasn’t incredibly young. But in this particular pic I don’t think they seem fake. I keep reading about the space and people saying it’s gross, and that kind of offends me because I have a natural space between my breasts and they’re neither incredibly small nor incredibly big. I’m about a b. Well my boobs are two different sizes, so probably a c cup on my left and more a b on my right. But aside from my own assymmetry, I do have a natural spacing between my breasts. Not everyone develops perfect breasts with perfect smushed together cleavage. I have zero idea if Aly has breast implants but they look nice to me real or fake, and spacing doesn’t automatically mean someone has implants, and calling it gross is a little hurtful to those of us who just have breasts that are farther apart. I’m sure that’s not the intention, but just because some people get breast implants and end up with that sort of space doesn’t mean you can’t have it without implants.

Even though they’re not the most garish implants I’ve ever seen, they still do not look very natural. She has a large gap between her breast that looks well, kinda gross. She doesn’t have enough body fat to make those look legit. It makes me sad that so many beautiful young women mutilate their bodies like this…

I am not so sure she has implants. :)

On searching her name on google do not believe every site you see most of them are rumor sites and are not reliable. I think it is because of natural looking breast augmentation people are arguing whether they are real or fake and I have seen so many celebrities being rumored to have implants that it seems the ones who are not rumored to have implants are the flat chested ones so if Aly and the majority of celebrities are not flat chested wouldn’t that make them all fake.
If Aly’s has implants then her and all of the other celebrities who are not flat chested must have implants too.

  5. Doug says:

They are saying the same thing on her IMDB messageboard look under “they are real and spectacular” and ” Aly’s tits”.

  6. T says:

It is possible for breast implants to look natural. I mean, I would think any woman who had to have a double mastectomy due to breast cancer would want to have breast implants that look real. It wouldn’t surprise me if celebrities started doing that too.

    1. admin says:

The key in the breast implant equation is the realization that what different women want is very different. What a given woman finds desirable in a breast implant goal differs enormously between women.

  7. Anna says:

She DOES have implants ppl! Just google her name and look at her previous pictures, when she was a little younger. She barely had any breasts… And all of a sudden they get so big and perky?? She just didn’t overdo them like some celebrities and made them look sort of natural I guess Lol

    I love your implants!!!

  9. koren says:

    This IS an implant.

    1. More like MORon says:

“This IS an implant.” – NO IT’S NOT. One boob is obviously bigger than the other and one’s also higher than the other, plus they “flatten” out without a decent bra – and her’s clearly do that. I am a WOMAN, I know these things and women that don’t have a structured cup bra to hold them up and in tend to droop like her’s. No implant EVER does that.

I’ve worn a pushup bra that did that when my boobs were smaller. No big deal.

      1. L says:

Honestly, finally someone with some sense. Yes, its possible she has had implants-however I highly doubt it. As you say-implants just dont flatten. But I know mine sure do without an underwire. And as for that ‘gross’ space everyone else keeps talking about? Way to insult all of us women who naturally have wider spaced breasts. Thank you for finally pointing out what should be obvious to everyone else.

It’s a shame what measures young people take just to follow what society thinks is beautiful. As a tween myself, I think it’s more pressure on girls like myself, who are trying to figure out who we are and how to accept ourselves, when the people who we look up to can’t accept themselves. Beauty is so much more than what people think of your image, and that is something the most of the young stars haven’t come to terms with or never thought about

Thanks for your response, and you’re welcome!

Unfortunately, our inability to tell real from artificial is something that extends beyond breasts. Sigh. . .

It’s unbelievably disheartening to see someone at that age, and that attractive, undergo such a procedure. Parents, wake up! Your daughter’s slow downfall is imminent. . .

Have you seen the South Park episode on Britney Spears? It’s a wonderful commentary on mass-culture’s pack attitude, and Miley Cyrus features prominently and poignantly in it.

I appreciate the time you have taken to write your blog; honesty is always welcomed.

My next suggestion would theoretically limit your clientele–theoretically only; practically I highly doubt it would–would it be possible for you to promulgate a message of encouragement and of image-security to men and especially women, telling them that they do not need these procedures?

It seems to me like this would be the naturally outflowing honest action to take. I’m neither asking you to go too far out of your way nor to sacrifice your profession nor to appear hypocritical. My primary motive though is that I have adolescent sisters and many tween cousins; for better or for worse, they admire and seek to emulate individuals such as Miley Cyrus and Aly Mishalka–who projects a more wholesome image that I encourage my sisters and cousins to follow. If these young girls understand the importance of being your honest self, with confidence and integrity, then a lot of problems they have and will continue to face in their difficult march to adulthood would be lessened.

Basically, it’s a good idea to laud and promote a love of your body to teen/tween girls, who then become secure and confident women; Aly appears to be this type of young woman, since she has implicitly promoted her (admittedly awesome) natural appearance by not getting augmentation.

      Hi Alex –

Thanks for the compliment. I never tell a patient she “needs” cosmetic surgery. These things are more matters of philosophy. It is a bit funny that we as a culture are having a harder time telling real from “implanted” though.

BTW – Miley probably had her nose done if the images I have seen are accurate.

      Hi Tony,

You may be able to get from one image to the other there with a push up bra. She either went small or there are no implants at all.

But would she look better with some +2’s?
