The Dirty posted on a thin gal with implants commenting on how poorly they looked. She could have considered having them placed behind muscle. For over the muscle types in a gal of her build they don’t look badly. Over the muscle implant results tend to look unnaturally round like balls.
Putting them “under the muscles” would improve things for those seeking more natural-looking results, but you can’t blame her doctor for the appearance of her breast bone (sternum.) This woman is really thin. Larger implants would help decrease the “spacing,” but would look even more bizarre on her thin chest. Thin patients can be hard for good implant results.
