A Houston woman is now the proud owner of the world’s largest breast implants. After undergoing a reported nine breast augmentation surgeries, Sheyla Hershey says she broke the world record with her new size 38KKK breasts. Hershey flew back to her home country of Brazil for the most recent breast enlargement because US plastic surgeons legally can’t implant breast enhancements of that size.

What they didn’t state here is that few US plastic surgeons would want the liability of placing such large implants. In the US, we get sued when things go wrong. Large implants increase that chance. The larger the implants the higher the risk. We will hear more from this case. It is just a question of when.
