Britney Spears – Tummy Tuck at Childbirth?

Pop diva Britney Spears reportedly had a tummy tuck
after the birth of her second child, reports NW Magazine. The ‘Toxic’ singer delivered her second son at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, in Los Angeles, just before 2am on Tuesday (12.09.06). According to gossip web site perezhilton.com, Britney named the tot – who weighed in at a healthy 6lb 11oz – Sutton Pierce Federline so he has the same initials as his older brother Sean Preston Federline .

Tummy tuck surgery at the time of a birth is usually an abbreviated affair if she had one at all. The tissues of the pregnant woman are swollen and not ideal for a really good tightening. If Britney had any cosmetic work at this point, it was a “mini” at best and would have carried more risk than a procedure planned months afterward (my preference.)

Britney Spears & Breast Implant Removal?

Years ago (around 2005) we discussed the online rumor that Britney Spears had had breast implant surgery.

This image from her @BritneySpears account now in 2011, seems to suggest that she either never had implants or has had them removed. She is a little heavier now than she was five or so years ago and her breasts appear smaller now. A loss in breast volume with weight gain suggests that she may have had breast implant removal without replacement.

Breast implants are not for everyone and removal can be the solution to a problem for many women particularly those who find themselves too busty or develop hardening (capsular contracture.) These women do not always choose to have their implants replaced.

Britney Spears Again

Someone e-mailed me Britney Spears upskirt pics. For future reference, I am not interested in such e-mailed items in the future. The question sent with them was whether or not she could use a labiaplasty.

I could not tell from the images thankfully. I could however see that she has likely not had a tummy tuck (unless she just had a muscular repair.) Alone a muscular repair does little. A full tummy tuck removes skin and fat and tightens the muscles. In one of the images sent my way, there appears to be a C-section scar that stops short of where it would go for a tummy tuck even a mini tummy tuck.

Britney Spears keeps getting her privates photographed. The Skinny posted about her “cottage cheese” back in 2007. This brings up a common misconception about the changes we see after pregnancy and weight loss.

The loose jiggly tissue around her rear end is not just where her fat is. It is where MORE FAT was. Just removing more fat here (meaning doing liposuction for the problem) will not fix this.

As a woman loses her “baby weight,” her skin will become more loosened in the areas where the fat shrinks from her weight loss. This gives you the “jiggly” fat (which is really fat plus loose skin) that we see in that g-string photo.

To make things tighter skin must be removed. Lipo or weight loss can make things thinner though. In essence, Britney is becoming a lower body lift candidate.

Britney Spears Denied Plastic Surgery?

Britney Spears apparently saw a plastic surgeon and was not offered surgery when she requested nasal and breast work. Practices vary and this is not really all that unusual. Not all plastic surgeons simply operate on everyone who comes through the door. It is not always best to do so for the surgeon or the patient.

I wonder how this information was obtained. It violates privacy laws if Britney didn’t consent to its release.

Britney Spears’ Breasts at Hollywood Tuna

Hollywood Tuna seems to have questions on Britney Spears’ breasts. Well she has had a few children and likely breast fed, so her nipples have migrated south a bit. This is pretty common. She looks like a good candidate for a breast lift, but the smoking would have to stop first.

Lainey Gossip features some Britney Spears images in Australia. They comment on her nipples looking tweaked.

It is more likely that after her two pregnancies and prior breast implant surgery that she could use a capsulectomy and/or a breast lift. Those nipples look a bit low and the implants look a bit high in that t shirt.
