Dennis Quaid has apparently decided to sue Baxter over the Heparin mishap that affected his newborns. This is a waste of the legal system’s time. Those vials (seen at TMZ) are substantially different relative to others in medicine. Human error is human error. This is tragic, but true Mr Quaid.

Mistakes just sometimes happen with out a multi-million dollar company being at fault. I guess he wants a spin at the legal lottery. Doesn’t he have enough money?
