Redo Breast Implant Patient by Dr D - Orange County California

Breast implant surgery does not always go as planned. The reasons vary from patients seeking poor surgical talent at their local $3000 chop shop, smoking too many cigarettes or just plain having bad luck.
Much of this can be fixed or at least improved with additional surgery.
This young lady found me after having had four operations with her prior surgeon at which point he uttered those unforgettable words: “This is as good as it is going to get.”

She had poor scarring partially due to her genetics, but the poor shape and firmness was correctable. She found her way to my practice after a friend with whom I had worked in the past referred her to me. We performed a modified breast lift and implant exchange with capsule removal in a local Orange County surgical center and she achieved a nice improvement.

Fixing Bad Plastic Surgery:

** Get into the best hands you can afford and check into your surgeon’s qualifications before you let him operate upon you. Understand that redos are harder and less predictable than first time surgery.

Clean Smile Line Filler – Orange County California

Good Orange County Smile Line Injections

Here is a smile line filler case before and 2 weeks later from my Orange County practice. The anatomic areas treated were the Nasolabial folds and Marionette lines. Not all smile line filler results need to be scary. We used a hyaluronic acid based product.

The biggest problems with filler cases tend to revolve around the large amounts of filler that some practitioner place. Moderation leads to more natural results here. You might not get all your linbes corrected but you will look human when you leave. We look at this as a reasonable trade off. :)

Nice Lip Filler Result

Here is a modest lip filler case before and five days later from my Orange County practice. Not every patient wants “Trout Pout meets domestic violence” on her lips. In this case we used Prevelle.

The exact filler choice is not as important (as long as a quality cosmetic material is used) in avoiding the trout pout as the quantity and technique. I recommend hyaluronic acid types in the lips to avoid unsightly lumps and bumps. Good technique limits the bruising.

Orange County Breast Reduction Before and After

Six years or so before “A” came for consultation, I had done her friend’s breast reduction. “A” is petite and had some of the common pre-operative complaints that good breast reduction candidates report…upper central back and shoulder pain. She did not enjoy having to “scoop her breasts into a bra every morning” either. Two months after her surgery her pain was gone and her incisions healing well. She is pleased with her good results having had only 220 grams removed per side.
