Jennifer Aniston and Pushing Plastic Surgery on the Groom
Posted by admin in celebrity plastic surgery on September 11, 2012
Jennifer Aniston recently announced her engagement to Justin Theroux. But the tears of joy may turn into just plain old tears if Justin reacts badly to a bizarre pre-wedding order–er–request from his bride to be. It seems the Wanderlust star is demanding that her fiancé have plastic surgery before they tie the knot. Specifically, she wants him to get a nose job. Ouch. Now there’s a real wedding buzz kill.
Of course, Jen isn’t asking her man to do anything that she hasn’t reportedly already done herself–many, many times. Brad Pitt’s ex’s list of procedures is long and varied. According to sources, she’s had two nose jobs which she claimed were the results of a deviated septum. Both of them? How is that possible? She’s also had “breast implants, botox, lip fillers,” and possibly others that have gone unnoticed.
Insiders say he’s mad as hell, and he might not take this lying down. In fact, he might not take it at all. He might take off instead.

Hopefully this story is overstated like many Hollywood tabloid pieces. It is a touchy subject even mentioning to your beloved that you might think something should be surgically altered. It is thin ice indeed.
There is of course a difference in “discussing” it and “demanding” it. Demanding plastic surgery in a significant other is not advisable. I have turned away patients when this was in the background.
If Justin does have nasal surgery I hope their wedding plans are far off and that he wants it for himself and not just to please her. It might take 6-12 months for the results of his new nose to show themselves. This is another story though isn’t it?

Deena Nicole Cortese Forgot About Her Nose Job Too
Posted by admin in celebrity plastic surgery, Celebs a Talkin' on April 2, 2012
“Jersey Shore” star Deena Nicole Cortese has denied recently undergoing any new plastic surgery, following new speculation that she has drastically altered her appearance.
“I have not got any plastic surgery … yes in the past I have had a nose job.” Cortese recently wrote via her Twitter page.

Don’t feel too badly Deena. Diane Keaton forgot about her nose job too.
And then a few days later….
there was nothing really wrong with her teeth which have since been replaced with Hilary Duff’s first pair of veneers from out of the trash.

Deena released this image on her twitter account while denying having had work so I had to take a look. Her veneers are a bit bright for my tastes. Any brighter and she won’t need headlights on any car she’s driving.
Looking at her image I see changes in her upper eyelids and brow position as well as her upper lip and maybe her facial folds. I’d say she’s had upper eyelid surgery, probably a forehead lift and facial fillers. Stay tuned to her twitter @DeenaNicoleMTV for more changes; well at least whether or not she’s starts coming clean on them.
Typically the reality show gals tend to be more forthcoming on their plastic surgery usually as a source of quick PR. Mainstream talent denies it all more often than not.

Diane Keaton Maybe Forgot Her Nose Job?
Posted by admin in Celebs a Talkin' on March 27, 2012
The Oscar winner, 66, says she hasn’t had any plastic surgery yet, but based on other things she’s sworn off in her life, it could eventually happen. “Never say never,” Keaton tells AARP magazine for its April/May issue. “Because when you do, you are definitely going to go there.”
Source: people.com/people/article/0,,20581888,00.html
Diane Keaton says she’s not yet had any plastic surgery yet, but her nose tells a different story. This older image of her features a “boxy nasal tip” that more recent images show thinner. That means at least a tip rhinoplasty to me. Nasal tips do not thin themselves over time without some help.
As usual with celebrities it depends when you ask the dreaded “plastic surgery question” on what they want to tell you and/or what they count as plastic surgery.
Since they are so pervasive in Hollywood, maybe nose jobs don’t count there?

Sarah Jessica Parker: Good Genes or Good Docs?

TMZ asks “Good Genes or Good Docs?”
Source: tmz.com/2009/07/26/sarah-jessica-parker-good-genes-or-good-docs/
To have a fair assessment of surgical results, you really need images right before she had her surgery. 27 years between images is not ideal. How much of this is aging, genetics and/or environment?
With that limit being stated, she has had a fair amount of work that we can see here – a blepharoplasty, forehead lift and rhinoplasty at least- probably more. Her docs seem good to me.

Governor Jerry Brown Nose Job? – Not Really.
Posted by admin in plastic surgery news on October 26, 2011
The growth was removed under local anesthetic on Friday, after tests revealed the presence of basal cell carcinoma, Brown’s office said in a statement. All the cancerous cells were removed, but some reconstructive surgery to Brown’s nose was required due to the procedure, it said. Brown, a 73-year-old Democrat, is at home and conducting state business.

Basal cell cancers are very common. They number 4 of every 5 skin cancers we see. When such a cancer is on the nose, frequently a little reconstructive plastic surgery is helpful to minimize the deformity. The downtime is generally short unless the cancers are quite deforming due to size.

Megyn Kelly Good Plastic Surgery
Posted by admin in celebrity plastic surgery on September 22, 2011
Megyn Kelly is an up and coming Fox commentator who did a piece for GQ with some pretty sexy images (Dec 2010.) An older image we found online here (before some of her surgery by the looks of it) shows that she’s likely had a little work…good work.
And not that I am a nose guy (I am a body guy,) but her nose looks like a hard one. I hope she leaves it be. On the image here it looks like her tip had been manipulated already.

Alyse Lahti Johnston – Tiger’s New Girl – Nose job?
Posted by admin in celebrity plastic surgery on March 23, 2011
Tiger Woods is moving on with an aspiring golf pro by all accounts. Interesting as the young lady has had a change in her nose since the mug shot seen here (Left). Her more recent image shows a thinner nose with a better tip. A nose job seems likely. Either that or she got a beat down with that DUI.
She might also have a saddle nose deformity. These images are low resolution, so it is hard to tell.

Reader Laura on Stephanie Pratt & Plastic Surgery
Posted by admin in celebrity plastic surgery on February 2, 2011
Reader Comment:
Stephanie Pratt is shown here with her new face. The most noticeable change is her lips. Her new nose actually doesn’t look bad to me but her lips are a bit much. (I also wish that that shade of pink lipstick would become illegal to wear.)

I think her nose looks good. I agree the lips are the recipient of too much filler (trout pout) but this is common as the “style” in Beverly Hills and Newport Beach. I would have encouraged her to use half the amount of filler. At least the lip filler will go away as it is likely non permanent. She will probably go get a refill however.

Young Angelina Jolie – Before Plastic Surgery
Posted by admin in celebrity plastic surgery on December 8, 2010
Angelina Jolie recently made a public statement that she had not had plastic surgery. Well this old image shows it is very likely that she had at the very least some nasal work. That nasal tip didn’t get smaller without help. Why do they do this?

MakeMeHeal Question: Joan Jett Plastic Surgery?
Posted by admin in celebrity plastic surgery on December 7, 2010
MakemeHeal Question:
They’ve made a biopic of Joan Jett, has she had any work? Facelift, fillers, anything?
From the looks of things, Joan looks like she’s had her nose done at least a few times. She looks like she has some normal aging changes to her face so she’s likely not had much more done there.
